OARSH-C Agentic Accessibility

A published environmental-accessibility framework and emerging specification for agent-usable digital systems.

Public, privacy-cleared evidence. The project page distinguishes an implemented artifact from broader claims still under research.

Accessibility expressed as navigable structure, not a retrospective accommodation.

Machine-readable content can remain operationally inaccessible. Agents may receive pages, tools, files, and state without reliable orientation, stable references, authority context, provenance, recoverability, or verified effects.

Agentic accessibility should be treated as an environmental property, not a prompt-engineering workaround. The environment should carry enough explicit structure, state, authority, and evidence for a participant to orient and act safely.

A published framework, candidate research brief, proposed Meridian derivation map, partial static reference implementation across cognitivestudio.io, independent critique, and a source-aligned developer implementation guide.

What the public record currently supports.

These signals are privacy-cleared and intentionally bounded. They show that work exists without inflating maturity or exposing protected source context.

  1. 01

Non-canonical source collections preserve the artifact-level accessibility contract and its relationship to situated re-entry.

  2. 02

The website implements selected semantic regions, state payloads, structured entities, and discovery metadata.

  3. 03

The current developer guide distinguishes source evidence, candidate research, proposed governance, and verified implementation.

Ratify a minimum accessible-environment contract and applicability model, then implement the first deterministic validator and scoped evidence record.
